KENNETH VAN DISSEL, PE
​​Ken van Dissel has worked in the building infrastructure design, construction and maintenance industry for nearly four decades. He has worked as a contractor, consulting engineer and as the Director of Engineering for a large real estate owner and developer. Ken has been responsible for all aspects of system design, equipment and construction material selection, budgeting, installation methodology, interdisciplinary coordination, scheduling and construction of many large and sophisticated building mechanical, plumbing, electrical, automation, fire alarm, and telecommunication infrastructure systems. Expert with the design, specification, installation, startup, operation and maintenance of these systems.
